笔者从临床实践中,观察到亚急诊足趾组织移植再造和修复拇手指,对不能急诊手术的病例,仍不失为一种积极的治疗措施.对适应证出了讨论,认为急诊清创不能达到预期目的,全身情况不能耐受长时间手术,供区条件欠好,以及考虑社会因素.人力.技术因素等,可以考虑延缓手术时间,"亚急诊"含义为一旦作好术前准备,即行手术.从手术功率.感染率与急诊一期再造拇手指对比无差异,但不主张将可以急诊手术病例改为亚急诊处理.
