评价磁共振水成像 (MRU)在肾移植术后尿路梗阻中的诊断价值。方法 对 31例肾移植术后怀疑尿路梗阻的患者 ,使用重T2加权FSE序列 ,脂肪抑制技术和兴趣向量技术进行检查 ,附手术和B超做对照。结果 MRU可充分显示肾移植后患者尿路的影像。依据MRU影像 ,确诊率为 10 0 %。影像与手术所见基本一致。结论 MRU适用于肾移植术后尿路梗阻的检查 (尿瘘、吻合口狭窄、肿瘤等 )。在肾功能受损、尿毒症的患者中 ,它可能是取代IVP和CT的良好的检查方法。
