摘要
在猫急性青霉素诱发的全身性癫痫模型上,小脑前叶刺激对脑电图上的痫样放电产生明显的抑制,而小脑半球表面刺激的抑制作用很弱。本实验还记录了小脑源性大脑皮层的诱发电活动,并从其与小脑表面刺激对痫样放电影响的关系上探讨小脑刺激抗痫作用机理。
Model of penicillin induced epilepsy was formed in experimental cat and then try to stimulate the cerebellar cortex of the animal. The results showed that stimulation of anterior lobe could effectivly arrest the epileptic activity on EEG, but the inhibitory effect by simulating cerebellar hemisphere was very weak. At the same time, evoked responses of cerebral cortex were recored. The responses were. associated with the specific projection from cerebellum to-the thalamus and cerebral cortex, but the influence of stimulating the cerebellar surface on epileptiform discharges might be mediated by the ascending reticular formation and nonspecific thalamic nuclei.
