“穗萌抑制剂”在杂交稻制种上的应用结果

Effects of“Pre—sprouting Inhibitor”in Hybrid Rice Seed Production

1991年,浙江省10个县、市种子公司在杂交水稻种子成熟期,喷施了“穗萌抑制剂”试验。在制种田齐穗后10天,把药液喷在不育系上,对杂交稻种子在穗上发芽可起到明显抑制作用,但收获后1—2个月又可恢复正常发芽率。同时,喷施“穗萌抑制剂”后,还可以起到提高结实率,增加千粒重,提高制种产量。

The inhibitory effects of“Pre—sprouting Inhibitor”(a mixture of 2 chemical growth in-hibitors—30% of MH and 60% of inhibitory organic acid) on preharvest sprouting of hybrid riceseed (Oryzaasativa Lvar.indica) were studied in field trials of 10 seed production sites in ZhejiangProvince in 1991.The results showed that the inhibitor was sprayed at the time of 10 days afterfullear emergence of male—sterile line in the rate of 120 g/mu reduced pre—harvest sproutingof hybrid seed significantly.The germination of harvested seed raised to the normal level after 1to 2 months of storage although it was lower than that of the untreated contol just after harves-t.The increases in cross seed set,seed weight and final seed yield were also observed in the fieldtrials.
