按照法制教育学和统计学的有关标准和方法,通过广泛深入的调查研究,对甘肃少数民族农村生态环境的保护治理的法制状况进行了客观的探讨。即农村生态环境是以村民为主体的农村区域内天然和人工的自然要素的综合;甘肃少数民族农村生态环境的现状不容乐观;必须依法保护和治理。

After the investigating,we studied the law administering and protecting of ecological environment in minority rural area in Gansu objectively. The ecological environment in rural area is the nature and man-made factors which is brought into a state of balance around the villager. The ecological environment in minority rural area in Gansu is not well. We must use the law to administer and protect the ecological environment in minority rural area in Gansu.
