The local god of land is a base whith mankinds rely on living,the farmland is a kind of special menas of agricultural production that has character whith could not supersede.This present of using farmland directly decided the benefit of agricultural production. In this paper,the present of using farmland in Inner Mongolia was analyzed on quantitative economics, and studied the existing problems of using farmland. Then probe into the way to raising the productive forces of farmland. This has important practical significance for sustainable development of agricultural production and quicken the increasing steps of farmers income of Inner Mongolia.
