梅花针与形状记忆锯齿臂环抱器合用治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折

Therapy of comminuted fracture of femoral shaft with plum-shaped intramedullary nail and shape-memory sawtooth-arm embracing fixator

目的 观察梅花针与形状记忆锯齿臂环抱器联合应用治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 治疗粉碎性股骨干上1/3骨折6例、中1/3骨折10例、下1/3骨折5例。结果 21例随访3个月至3年,均达到骨性愈合,髋、膝关节活动无障碍,无跛行。结论 本法对严重粉碎性股骨干骨折疗效满意,有推广价值。

Objective To study the therapeutic effectiveness of plum-shaped intramedullary nail and shape-memory sawtooth-arm embracing fixator jointly used in the treatment of comminuted fracture of femoral shaft. Methods The author treated 21 patients with comminuted fracture of femoral shaft including 6 fractures in upper one third, 10 fractures in middle one third and 5 fractures in lower one third of femoral shaft with plum-shaped intramedullary nail and shape-memory sawtooth-arm embracing fixator. Results After being followed up from 3 monthes to 3 years all patients were found to acquire bony union, without the disturbance of hip and knee joins and locomotion and claudication. Conclusion The therapeutic method sets up a new way on treatment of serious comminuted fracture of femoral shaft and is worth being popularized.
