糖尿病患者血浆内皮素变化及临床探讨

Clinical study of plasma endotbelin variation in diabete.

目的 探讨血浆内皮素在糖尿病患者血中变化的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定29例糖尿病患者与31例对照者血浆内皮素水平。结果 发现糖尿病患者内皮素水平比对照组增高,有显著差异(P<0.001)。同时还发现糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平与血糖水平有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 糖尿病患者血浆内皮素的升高可作为血管内皮细胞损伤的指标,可用来反映血管内皮细胞损伤状况及缺血性中风倾向。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the variation of plasma endothelin in pa-tients with diabetes. Methods Endothelin was detected in 29 patients with diabetes and 31 controls using radiant immunoassay. Results The level of endothelin was significantly increased in diabetes in comparison with that of controls(P&lt;0.001). Meantime,there was significant correlation between the levels of the endothelin and blood glucose(P&lt;0.01).Conclusion The elevation of endothelin in diabetes may be an indicator of the vascular endothelial damage and may reflect the degree of endothelial injury and tendency of ischemic stroke.
