国产西替利嗪治疗荨麻疹50例临床观察

Clinical observation of native cetirizine in the treatment of 50 patients with urticaria

目的 验证国产西替利嗪治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 采用随机、单盲法,将50例急、慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组(口服国产西替利嗪,30例),对照组(口服比利时UCB公司产西替利嗪,20例)。每日10mg,急、慢性疗程分别为7d、14d。结果 显效率46.67％,总有效率86.67％,不良反应轻微,与进口西替利嗪相比无差异显著性。结论 国产西替利嗪治疗荨麻疹作用强,无中枢镇静作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effect of native cetirizine in the treatment of urticaria disease. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Thirty cases were treated with native cetirizine and 20 cases were treated with ZYRIEC as control. The acute and chronic therapeutic course were 7 days and 14 days respectively with the daily dose of 10 mg. Results Obvious effective rate was 46. 67 % . Total effective rate was 86.67 % . There was no significant difference between the Cetirizine and ZYRIEC. Conclusion Native cetirizine is effective in the treatment of urticaria without central nervous sedation.
