小儿心脏过早搏动94例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 94 cases of premature beat in young children

目的 研究小儿心脏早搏的原因、心电图表现及预后。方法 对最近5年的94例早搏病例进行回顾性临床分析。结果 小儿心脏早搏52.12％是病毒性心肌炎引起的。婴幼儿及年长儿以室性为主(48.94％),新生儿则以室上性为多(75％)。病毒性心肌炎与非心肌疾病的早搏在心电图表现上有明显不同。结论 小儿早搏预后良好,是否用抗心律失常药需视病情而定。

Objective To study the causes, ECG manifestations and prognoses of premature beat in young children. Methods Ninety-four cases of premature beat in recent five years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Premature beat in young children were caused by viral myocarditis in 52.12% cases. Ventricular premature beat occurred mainly in infants and young children (48. 94 %), while supraventricular premature beat happened mainly in newborns(75 % ). The ECG manifestations of premature beat between viral myocarditis and non-myocardial cases were different significantly. Conclusion The prognosis of premature beat in young children were good and administration of antiarrhythmic drugs depended upon the patient’s condition.
