首次应用酶联免疫法检测血浆纤维结合蛋白

目的 探讨血清纤维结合蛋白(Fn)含量的检测方法。方法 首次应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测待测血清,测定其光密度(D值),判定待测血清中Fn的含量。结果 该方法线性范围50～300mg/L,批内、日内、日间的CV分别为2.37％、2.89％、3.24％;回收率98.79％。结论 该方法线性范围适宜,准确度、精密度较好,符合临床检验工作要求。

Objective To study the method of detecting fibronectin(Fn) content in serum. Methods The Fn content and its value of OD in serum were first detected by ELISA. Results The linear range of the method was 50 - 300 mg/L.The coefficient of variation(CV) within a batch, within a day and between days were 2.37% ,2. 89% and 3. 24% respectively. The rate of recovery was 98. 79% . Conclusion The linear range of this method is temperate. The accuracy and precision of this method are all higher and coincide with the request of clincal testing.
