摘要
应用溶血素测定方法检测润神口服液对小鼠抗体产生的影响,发现2号口服液比1号口服液有更好稳定体液免疫功能的作用,并且能使雌鼠有效拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用(P<0.05)。伴随该实验的饮食测定,以及自然感染死亡率的观察、体力增强测定、常压耐缺氧试验等佐证资料说明,2号口服液确有“扶正固本”的功效,从而提高、稳定机体免疫功能。同时提示2号口服液如在抗肿瘤化疗中应用,可能会明显提高疗效,提高抗感染能力,减轻副作用。
We used hemolysin test to detect the effect of Runshen oral liquid on the mice humoral immunity. The result showed that humoral immunity of mice administered with Runshen No. 2 was more stable, female mice of them were more effective against immunosuppression of cyclophosphamide (P< 0. 05). These experimental results, such as determination of eating and drinking volume (drinking volume:p<C0.05), observation of mortality from natural infection (P<0.001), stamina increase test and anoxia test in the natural atmospheric pressure, showed that Runshen No. 2 assuredly played a role in strengthening or restoring physiological function to consolidate the constitution, consequently stabilized the host immune function. It also might increase anti - tumor effect and resistance to infection, and decrease side effect with chemotherapy.
