摘要
应用免疫组织化学PAP法,对26例常见恶性肿瘤冰冻组织切片中肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)进行了原位分析,以了解TIL的组成及分布等原位特征。结果显示:(1)TIL中主要为CD_3^+细胞,其中CD_4^+<CD_8^+,癌实质区CD^4_+/CD_8^+比值小于癌间质区。癌实质区和间质区均含有一定数量CD_2^+5和HLA-DR^+细胞。(2)TIL在瘤组织中一般主要分布于癌间质区,而癌实质区极少,但肾细胞癌TIL呈弥散性分布。研究提示TIL原位组成以T细胞为主,但其中CD_4^+和CD_8^+细胞比例失衡。TIL在瘤组织中分布具一定规律性,但肾细胞癌TIL分布具特殊性。
Employing immunohistochemical technique (PAP method), we studied the expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25 arid HLA - DR antigens on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) and the distribution of TIL from 26 different malignant tumor patients in situ. The results showed that: (1) The most of TIL was CD4+ cell and CD4+ cells were much less than CD8+ ones. The CD4+/CD8+ ratio in tumor interstitium was much higher than that in parenchyma . There were TILs bearing CD25 or HLA - DR antigens in both parenchyma and interstitium in tumor tissue. (2) Lymphocytes infiltating into tumor were mainly located in interstitium and rarely in parenchyma in most tumors, but ’ TILs in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) were distributed scatteredly in tumor tissues just as in interstitium in other tumors due to RCC s lack of typical cancer nest. Through our study we can conclude that: Most TILs are T lympho cytes, and the cell formation of TIL in all tumors are similar to each other; The distribution of TILs in most tumors follow the same rule, but TIL in RCC is an exception.
