摘要
用正交试验虚拟水平法,对水田耕整机小滑板底部水垫形成的影响因素进行了试验研究,得出影响因素的顺序及最优水平组合为A_1C_2B_1,试验还表明,加装水垫形成装置后,可以在水田耕整机小滑板底部形成水垫,使其滑行阻力比加装泥水膜润滑形成装置的耕整机下降42.05%-62.21%。1公顷生产查定测试表明,加装水垫形成装置后,可提高工效5%,公顷油耗率下降8.02%,小滑板尾部的磨损值减少50%,有很大的经济与社会效益。
An experimental study was made on the influential factors of forming water pad underthe bottom of a little sliding board of the water-field-tillage machine by the method of dummy leveltechnique of orthogonal tests. We obtained the proper order of influential factors and the opti-mized-level combination A<sub>1</sub>C<sub>2</sub>B<sub>1</sub>. The tests still showed that the water pad under the bottom of thelittle sliding board of the water-field-tillage machine was formed after the device of a forming waterpad was installed and the sliding resistance was reduced by 42. 05%-62. 21%in comparison withthat of the installed device with the forming slurry-film lubrication of the tillage machine, Thecomparative test of 3. 333 hm ̄2 showed that the efficiency of the tillage increased by 5%after thedevice of forming water pad was installed. The oil consumption reduced by 8. 02%kg/hm ̄2. Thewearing value of the tail of the little sliding board rdeuced by 50%。 Thus remarkable economic andsocial ef ficiencv has been obtained.
