城镇女性的职业高原问题与对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 组织结构的扁平化、职业性别隔离、玻璃天花板、工作家庭冲突和自我设限等因素,使城镇职业女性越来越早和越来越多地进入职业高原。职业高原是女性人力资源开发的重要研究课题,文章试着从组织、个人和家庭的角度寻找有效的解决对策。
