高管薪酬、企业分红与企业业绩相关关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章通过实证研究的方法,以委托-代理理论为依据,运用联立方程模型分析了高管薪酬、企业分红与企业业绩三者之间的相关关系。最后得出高管薪酬正向影响企业业绩,企业分红与企业业绩之间存在相互影响的关系,高管薪酬能够间接影响企业分红。
