浅谈中小企业人力资源规划问题及改进对策 被引量:7

摘要 人力资源规划对于中小企业发展意义重大。当前,我国众多中小企业在人力资源规划方面存在认识相对偏颇、支撑体系相对不完善、技术和人才相对缺乏等诸多问题。中小企业必须改变观念,完善人力资源规划支撑平台,以核心员工为基础构建弹性人力资源规划模式。
