甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系母本植株二次分枝的形成规律

Regularity of Forming Secondary Branch on the Primary Branch of Female Parent Plant in Recessive Gentetic Male Sterile Line of Brassica napus

以 3个不同不育株率的不育系为母本 ,用相同的父本进行制种 ,对母本植株一次分枝上二次分枝的形成规律进行了研究。结果表明 ,二次分枝的形成个数与一次分枝枝序间呈幂函数与指数函数之积的表达式 y=axbecx。同一植株上二次分枝个数与一次分枝个数间呈极显著正相关。二次分枝数与一次分枝数之比为 2 .0 6∶ 1。因此 ,增加个体的一次分枝数便能同时增加个体的二次分枝数 ,从而使个体的茎枝数得到大幅度增加。对一次分枝和二次分枝的抽生概率进行了比较分析。

The regularity of forming secondary branch on the primary branch of female plant was studied by using three sterile lines with different percentage of sterile plant and crossed with same male parent. The result showed: there was a formula of mathematical expressing as y=ax be cx between numbers of the secondary branch and branch order of the primary branch. There was an extremely significant positive correlation between numbers of the secondary branch and numbers of the primary branch on the same plant. Ratio of the secondary branch numbers to the primary branch numbers was 2.06∶1. Therefore, increasing numbers of the primary branch could increase the secondary branch numbers of plant enormously, in the meantime comparing analysis on formation probability was made between primary branch and secondary branch.
