大蒜素及合并用药治疗山羊隐孢子虫病的试验效果

Effect on Curing Goat Crystorridisis by Garlicin Mixed Combination with Enrofloxacin

对罗甸黑山羊公司的 87只腹泻羔羊进行诊断 ,确诊为山羊隐孢子虫病 ,用大蒜素、大蒜素与恩诺沙星合并用药进行治疗 ,并以恩诺沙星作对照。试验结果表明 :大蒜素单独用药时 ,治愈率为 6 2 .0 6 % ,大蒜素及合并用药时 ,治愈率为 89.6 4% ,对照组治愈率为 4 1.31%。各处理间差异达极显著 P<0 .0 1,其中 ,大蒜素与恩诺沙星合并用药时效果显著。

lamb of goats suffered from Crystorridisis were treated with different treatments. The results showed that healing rates by garlicin mixed with Enrofloxacin, garlicin and Enrofloxacin were 89.64 %, 62.06% and 41.31% respectively and there were significant differences (P<0.01) among three treatments by statistical analysis test.
