摘要
采用热休克的方法阻止第二级体排出诱导鲫鱼异源三倍体(Allotriplogidy)。结果表明,诱导鲫鱼异源三倍体较为适宜的条件是,授精后的4-6分钟,采用38℃.1.5分钟或37℃,2分钟的热休克处理,均可导致100%的三倍化率,出苗率最高为对照组的75.8%,本文还对鲫鱼三倍体诱导技术及影响这一技术的环境因素(特别是地理区域、受精水温等对诱导成功率的影响)以及三倍体生长和利用等问题进行了分析和讨论。
Allotriploidy were producted by heat shock in crucian carp. For the induction of allotriploidy, Eggs of crucian carp were fertilizated with sperm of carp and arrested the second meitotic division.
