摘要
在（Ⅰ）中，曾对Waring问题的g（k）给出过一个上限估计：g（k）≤k！k2（k＋1）k。
In the study (Ⅰ ), an upper limit estimation of g(k) in waring Lssue was gained, thatis g(k)≤k ! k2 (k+1 )k, This results is improved to be g(k)≤k2 (k + 1 )k in this article.
