摘要
利用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对3 个品种番茄进行了过氧化物酶同工酶的测定研究,结果表明:番茄的茎和叶之间,及3 个品种番茄之间,在所显示的谱带数量、宽窄及深浅上都有其特异性。
Testing of the peroxide enzyme isoenzyme of three varieties tomato were conducted by using the electrophoresis thchnique of ploypropylene amide The results revealed that three were specificites both between stem and leaf and among three tomato varieties on such respects as spectrum band,width of band and shade of band This indicated that three existed genetis and physiological differences among them
