本文应用最可能数值法（ＡＰＮ），研究了低山丘陵干草原草场土壤微生物花素生理群垂直分布和季节变化。摸清底值。为合理利用改良草场，维持生态平衡提供科学理论依据，以提高畜牧业生产的经济效益。

Seasonal changes and vertical dlstrlbution on the nitrogen physiologic types of microorganisms in the low mountain and hill steppes were studied by using method of most probablenumber(MPN) so that offered some science bases for rationally using and improving grassland,mainlaining ecological balance and improving economic effect of animal husbandry production.
