高粱八种生态类型过氧化物酶同功酶及酯酶同功酶比较分析

A Comparison Analynis on Peroxidase Isoenzyme and Esterase Isoenzyme in Eight Ecotype Sorghum

本文通过对八种生态类型高粱的同功酶研究分析，发现白卡佛尔、角质都拉、三尺三、马丁迈罗酯酶同功酶谱相似，Ｅ２、Ｅ３、Ｅ４、Ｅ５为其特征带。达索、非特瑞它、享加利、沙鲁酶带少且表现一致。八种高粱过氧化物酶同功酶差异较明显，主要差异在Ｅ２、Ｅ５、Ｅ６、Ｅ７上、其它酶带只是着色深浅不同。

s:Through study and analysis of isoenzyme on eight ecotype sorghum, the resultsshowed that esterase isoenzyyne spectums of Kafir, Durra,Kaoling, Milo were similar,amongthem,E2,E3,E4 and E5 were characteristic spectral bands.The enzyme spectral bands of Daal,Feterita,Hegari and shallu Were less and showing no difference.The peroxidase isoenzyme differences of eight ecotype sorghum were more obvious and main differences were among E2,ES,E6and E7,and others were only coloration differences.
