摘要
通过正丁醇萃取、大孔吸附树脂柱和薄层层析等分离手段，采用双波长薄层扫描法测定添精补血化瘀方中人参皂甙Ｒｅ的含量，结果表明：该法较灵敏，重现性好，回收率为１００２％，ＲＳＤ为０２６％。
Quantitative determination of Ginsenoside Re in Tianjingbuxuehuayu Decoction by TLCS is reported.It was seperated on a silica G TLC plate after using BUOH,etc.The results showed that the recovery was 100 2% and RSD was 0 26%
