摘要
在田间试验的26个早熟禾材料中,筛选出了各方面表现良好的7个种(品种),在室内土壤干旱胁迫下测试其叶内脱落酸(ABA)含量(高效液相色谱法:HPLC)及相对含水量(Rwc)的变化,并分析其耐旱性的强弱。结果表明早熟禾各品种耐旱性强弱依次为:天祝华藏寺野生草地早熟禾、大穗早熟禾、扁杆早熟禾、硬质早熟禾、宁夏华灰早熟禾、瓦巴斯草地早熟禾、思托佩草地早熟禾。
species/variety with better performances of bluegrass were selected from 26 different Bluegrass on the base of field experiment. Rwc and ABA in Bluegrass leaves changed under the soil drought stress. The results indicated the order of Bluegrass drought resistance is as follows: Poa pratensis L. (Huazangsi, Tianzhu), P. grandispica, P. pratensis var. anceps, P. sphondylodes, P.botryoides (Ningxia), P. Pratensis L. (Wabash), P. Pratensis L. (Storpy)
