甘肃省饮用纯净水细菌总数超标原因探讨

摘要 通过对我省饮用纯净水抽样进行微生物学检测,结果发现在所检测的样品中细菌总数超标现象较为严重,不合格样品的细菌总数超标平均高达78.58倍,占所检样品数的50%。针对省内纯净水生产现状,经调查分析认为,引起细菌总数超标主要是生产过程污染、生产工艺功能欠佳、消毒灭菌措施不当、包装容器污染、饮用期污染等方面的原因。根据以上原因,提出了生产企业应加强设备清洗,使用小于0.2祄孔径的过滤装置,安装臭氧灭菌设备等改进措施,以便使纯净水卫生达到国标规定。 The samples of purified drink water from most factories in Gansu were analysed on the total number of bacteria. The results showed that 50% of samples were over-slandered in the total number of bacteria. The average bacterial content of disqualification sample was 78.58 times of the normal products. To counter this producing situation, the work of investigating cause also had been done in detail. It was found that the over-standard causes were the pollution of processing, unreasonable technology, incorrect sterilize, contaminated package and the pollution during store and drink .For this reason, the improving measures, washing entirely equipment, using the diameter under 0.2祄 filter, applying ozonizer, had been made so as to the purified water up to standard.
