不同农田中水解酶活性和微生物组成的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 对西峰市区的油菜地、小麦地、果园地及空闲地中的转化酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶及纤维素酶的活性及微生物的组成进行了比较研究,结果表明:不同农田中转化酶活性无明显差异,油菜田中纤维素酶和磷酸酶活性较高,空闲地以脲酶和蛋白酶活性较强,小麦地除脲酶活性较高外其它几种酶水解活性均较低。而细菌总数油菜地和小麦地较高,果园地和空闲地较少。果园地纤维分解菌居多,小麦地以解磷菌较高,不同农田中反硝化细菌无明显差异。 We抳e studied the activeness of the inverase、urease、phosphatase、 proteinase and cellulase,and the composition of the microorganism in rapeseed、wheat、 fruit and waste lands in Xifeng Area. and the result shows that: the activeness of inverase has no clear difference in different croplands. The activeness of the cellulose-decomposing bacterium and the phosphatase is higher in rapeseed land; the activeness of the urease and proteinase is higher in wasteland; except the activeness of the urease is higher in wheatland, the activeness of the hydrolitic enzyme is lower. But the total amount of bacteria is higher in rapeseed and wheat lands, but it is lower in fruit and waste lands; the phosphobacteria is higher in wheatland.There抯 no clear difference for the denitrifying bacteria in the different croplands.
