人类社会即将迈入知识经济门坎 ,消费者需求面临五大变化。以变应变是企业营销走向成功的不变之道。为此 ,企业必须创新营销理念体系 ,树立知识营销理念、消费者满意理念、绿色营销理念 ;创新营销组合 ,实施产品创新、渠道创新、促销创新 ;创新营销管理 ,构建高效率、扁平化营销管理组织机构。
Our society is about to usher in the knowledge economy age with five changes in consumers' demand. Adaptability is always the key to enterprises for their successful marketing. As such, an enterprise has to innovate its marketing concept system(knowledge marketing concept, consumer satisfaction concept and green marketing concept),marketing combination(products, channels and promotion) and marketing management,with highly-efficient and flat marketing management organism.
