应用型人才培养目标下研究生教学创新探析——以中南财经政法大学会计学院研究生教学创新实践为例

Innovation of Postgraduate Teaching with the Goal of Cultivating Practical Talents——Take the Innovation of Postgraduate Teaching in Accounting School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as an Example

目前中国研究生教育逐步由传统的学术型精英教育转变为应用型大众教育,为适应新的教育目标的要求,必须对研究生教育进行改革和创新。教学是人才培养的主要途径,课程则是教学活动中内容和实施过程的统一,对研究生教育进行改革和创新,其中心内容是对研究生教学进行创新和改革,着力点应放在课程教学创新上。结合中南财经政法大学会计学院研究生教学改革创新实践,探析当前研究生教学改革方向、方法、内容及实施保障。

Nowadays, Chinese postgraduate education has been transferring from cultivating traditional academic talents to practical graduates. In order to meet the new requirements, we have to reform and innovate the postgraduate education. Teaching is the main approach of talents cultivating and courses are the combination of contents and the implementation of teaching. Therefore, the main task in reforming and innovating the postgraduate education is to reform and innovate the teaching contents and methods, in which courses innovation should be the key part. With the experiences of teaching innovation of postgraduate education in Accounting School, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, this paper discusses the direction, methods, contents and implementation of postgraduate teaching.
