中国教育收益率估计方法与影响因素的文献综述

A Survey on Methods of Estimating Education Return Rate and Influence Factors Research

尝试认真梳理教育收益率的研究方法和影响因素主要研究文献的基础上,提出完善和改进的建议。分析表明,随着学者对教育收益率研究的不断深入,其估计方法得到不断改进和扩展,影响教育收益率因素的考虑也越来越全面。主要观点认为家庭背景和受教育程度的不同是影响教育收益率的主要因素,也有一些其他学者认为性别、年龄、行业、地区、市场分割、部门等也构成影响教育收益率的重要因素。但是通过分析也发现单一地以收入作为教育收益率的影响因素是不全面和不客观的,利用综合幸福指数替代收入可以更加准确地衡量教育收益率。

The paper attempts to advance perfect and improvement suggestions on the basis of literature studies of education return rate. With the deep analysis of education return rate,the analysis indicates that the estimation methods and influence factors are improved and developed. Majority of scholars suggest that family backgrounds and years for education are main factors that effect education return rate. Also,other scholars take other factors into consideration such as gender,age,industry,place,department and so on. But according to analysis,a single in income as the factor that affect education return rate is not comprehensive and objective. Using comprehensive index of happiness instead of income,we can measure education return rate more accurately.
