农民工创业意愿的影响因素与创业促进研究——基于一线调查数据的实证分析

The Study of Affecting Factors of Migrant Workers’ Entrepreneurial Activities and Its’ Promotion to Employment——An Empirical Analysis Base on the Survey of Hubei Province

近年越来越多农村劳动力成为农民工,在经济危机和城市就业双重压力下,农民工就业就成为社会、政府关注重点和难点。农民工就业直接影响着社会稳定和经济发展,湖北省在农民工就业方面投入大量人力、物力和财力,其中鼓励农民工创业政策显取得较显著成效。农民工个体特征、创业素质和政府提供的创业环境是影响湖北省农民工创业就业的三大因素,利用Logit模型对调研数据进行分析,得出三大因素具体影响程度,针对性提出对策为政府扶持更大规模的农民工创业提供政策指导。

In the recent years,more and more migrant works came to the city.Below the pressure of Economic Crisis and Employment,the problem of Migrant Workers’employment has become the important and difficult sides.The employment of migrant workers has affected the development of economics and the social stability directly.The government of Hubei province has invested a lot of human and financial resources to solve the problem.And the motivated activities of Entrepreneurship to migrant workers have got great effectiveness.So we apply the software of Spss to analysis the database and find there are three factors what affect the entrepreneurship to migrant workers.They are the personalities、abilities and the environment of the society.
