摘要
采用原子荧光法测定了新疆胡麻卵磷脂中的砷,首先对样品进行了消解,然后确定了仪器的最佳工作条件。在选定的工作条件下,砷的最低检出限为0.18ng/mL,相对标准偏差为0.47%,方法回收率为96%~104%。用该方法测定胡麻卵磷脂中的砷,灵敏度较高、操作简单易掌握。
The atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the determination of arsenic in Xinjiang flax lecithin.The sample digested and then operating conditions of the instrument were optimized.In given conditions,the limit of detection was 0.18 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation was 0.47%,the recovery rate of the method was 96%-104%.The method has the feature of easy operation,fast speed and high sensitivity.
