摘要
从自然界中筛选出一株具有降解纤维素能力的绿色木霉菌株SF-1,利用紫外—亚硝酸复合方法进行诱变,选育出酶活提高11倍的产纤维素酶变异菌株SF-A。固态培养条件优化结果为:CMC-Na 1%,(NH4)2SO40.5%,初始pH4.0、30℃、150r/min培养3d。用该变异菌株对新鲜白酒丢糟进行固态发酵试验,结果表明:该菌株能利用白酒丢糟发酵;对丢糟粗纤维降解率为14%,发酵后丢酒糟中粗蛋白含量增长36%。
A strain which have the ability of decomposing cellulose was screened and identified as SF-1(Trichoderma viride.).Depended on UV and nitrite compound mutagen methods,high cellulase production mutant strain SF-A whose cellulase activity is 11 times higher than SF-1 was breeded.The optimum conditions of cultivating in liquid state were as follows: CMC-Na 1%,(NH4)2SO4 0.5%,the initial pH4.0,the temperature 30℃,rotate speed150r/min for 3 days.Degradation of fresh distilled grain with the strain in solid state fermentation revealed that the strain is capable of degradating distilled grain with a 14% of degradation rate for crude fiber,and crude protein increased by 36% after the fermentation.
