序批式土地处理系统处理白酒生产企业锅底水探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用序批式土地处理工艺处理白酒生产企业高浓度酿酒锅底水,分别从进水浓度、pH值及其进水量对污水COD的去除效果进行了试验,最后通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件,并对其COD去除稳定性进行了分析。试验结果表明,采用序批式土地处理系统(SSS)处理锅底水,当进水COD浓度为6000mg/L,pH值为5.5,进水量为3000mL时的试验最佳工艺条件时,COD去除率可达到一级指标要求CODCr<100mg/L,实现达标排放。 In this paper,the bottom pot water in distilleries was treated with the Sequencing Soil System(SSS),some factors which affect the removal of COD such as the concenteation of wastewater,the pH value of solution and the amount of wastewater were studied.Then the preferable technic conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test and the stability of COD decoloration rate was analysised.The results indicated that the COD decoloration rate of bottom pot water can reached CODCr<100mg/L which met the index requirements of GB8978-1996 Sewage Drainage Standards when treated by the SSS under the conditions of wastewater concenteation 6000mg/L,pH value 5.5 and amount of wastewater 3000mL.This experiment illuminated that the bottom pot water in distilleries can be effectively treated with the Sequencing Soil System(SSS).
