酿酒用金丝小枣中挥发油成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用同时蒸馏提取法(SDE)浸提酿酒用金丝小枣中挥发油成分,测得金丝小枣挥发油的含量为5.23%。利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用方法从金丝小枣挥发油中分离并确认出8种主要化学成分,采用峰面积归一化法通过G1710BA化学站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对含量,其中主要成分为十二烷酸(43.48%),n-癸烷酸(18.00%),z-7-十四烷酸(17.36%)。 The essential oil of ziziphus jujube for liquor-making was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction,and it's content was 5.23%.Eight chemical components were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The identification of the volatile compounds was confirmed by comparing the retention indices with standard values of authentic samples.The relative content was calculated from the area ration.The results indicated that the major chemical components from ziziphus jujube included dodecanoic acid(43.48%),n-decanoic acid(18.00%) and z-7-tetradecenoic acid(17.36%).
