摘要
阐述了纤维素酶的理化性质及其作用机理,在此基础上重点讨论纤维素酶在食品业、农牧业、纺织业、造纸业等领域的应用。
The application research of cellulose material is a hotspot at present.In this paper the physical-chemical properties and cellulose mechanism were expounded firstly,then the application of cellulose in the fields of food industry,agriculture and animal husbandry industry,textile industry and paper making industry were discussed in order to provide some reference for people who research in this area.
