摘要 对分离获得的能产肌苷纯培养物进行了生产性能测定和稳定性试验,选育出优良菌种。经试验筛选出最适的培养基和培养条件:葡萄糖200g/L,酵母粉14g/L,玉米浆12g/L,(NH4)2SO47g/L,初始pH 7.0,36℃培养72h。经过多次摇瓶发酵,平均产肌苷39.09g/L。 This text has mainly introduced the separation purification and screened method of the Inosine strain,and produce performance and determine with the stability test in separating the pure cultivation thing got,the fine bacterial appears from hitting seed selection.The bacterial screened carries on the fermented condition to optimize and study further,has got the suitable culture and cultivation condition.Glucose 100g/L,yeast powder 14g/L,maize thick liquid 12g/L,(NH4)2SO4 7g/L,initial pH 7.0,36 degrees Centigrade is trained for 72 hours.Shaken the bottle many times and fermented,produce inosine 9.09g/L equally.Bacterial strain this can as transform to set out the bacterial strain breeding,establishing the foundation for the transformation of the strain.
