摘要
研究了红花继木花叶红色素粗提物的稳定性,结果表明,红花继木花红色素的光耐受性、耐热性比叶红色素好,在叶红色素中加入花红色素稳定性大大提高。
The stability of red pigment from Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum were investigated.Results showed that the pigments in flowers were more stable than the pigments in leafages in thermal and light.The experiments also indicated that mixed pigment was more stable than the pigments in leafages.
