摘要
采集鞍山地区的黄伞,选育出生产能力旺盛、保健功能明显的菌种,进行各级菌种培养,研究一级菌种培养基、二级菌种培养基、摇瓶发酵培养基和栽培料配方,探索菌丝体、子实体生长条件。结果表明,适宜的母种培养基组成为马铃薯10%,胡萝卜10%,葡萄糖2%,蛋白胨1%,磷酸二氢钾0.2%,硫酸镁0.1%。采用紫外诱变方法对黄伞菌丝体进行诱变处理,紫外照射时间10m in;获得比原菌丝体生长能力旺盛的菌种。
We selected strain which are fruitful and obvious health care function from pholiota adipose we collected in anshan and cultivate all grades.We studied mediums of the first,the second grades,the liquid ferments and the planting materials.We seeked for growth condition of mycelia and fruit bodies.The conclusion showed that the most fitable composition of original medium was potato 10%,carrot 10%,glucose 2%,peptone 1%,KH2PO4 0.2%,MgSO4 0.1%.Ultraviolet mutagenesis to Pholiota adipose mycelium for time 10 minutes;we obtained a kind of pholiota adipose mycelium that grew more ability than primary vigorous fungus.
