介绍了苏打水对人体的好处及市场状况,生产工艺及设备;进行了效益分析;探讨了啤酒厂生产苏打水的可行性。
The benefit of carbonated water to the health is introduced in this paper,and the producing techniques and equipments are involved.The Market Conditions and benefits are analyzed in this research,the feasibility of the production of carbonated water by brewery is discussed.
