摘要
探讨了应用傅立叶变换近红外透射光谱技术测定黄酒中的酒精度。通过比较不同的数据处理方法,建立了黄酒酒精度测量的近红外定标模型。结果表明:采用透射及仪器控温30℃条件下,定标误差为0.12%,预测误差为0.13%,线性相关性为0.99,模型预测能力符合国标的要求;利用近红外光谱技术能快速准确地测定黄酒的酒精度。
It was discussed in this study the alcoholicity determination in Chinese yellow wine by FT-NIR.By comparison of difference methods of date processing,the NIRS model for alcoholicity determination in Chinese rice wine was set up.Results showed: The SEC,SEP and R2 were 0.12%,0.13% and 0.99,which complied with the Chinese national standard on Chinese rice wine;the utilization of FT-NIR in alcoholicity determination was fast and exact.
