纤溶酶产生菌液体培养条件的研究

Study on fermentation conditions of fibrinolytic enzyme by bacillus strain

从骨粉中分离出1株能产纤溶酶的芽孢杆菌菌株,进行了液体培养研究,结果表明,在pH值为7.0,接种量为2%,种龄18h,碳源为木糖,浓度为2%,氮源为大豆粉、浓度为3%的条件下,接种后第3d为产酶高峰期,最高产酶量可达到864.9U/mL发酵液。

In this Paper,we isolated the strain of bacteria from bone meal and found the best conditions for liquid fermentation: pH was 7.0,2% of inoculum of 18h,carbon source was xylose of 2%,nitrogen source was soybean dust of 3%,and the volume of fermentation medium was 10ml/100ml.In these conditions the strain enzyme activity was 864.9 urokinase units of each milliliter broth.
