摘要
通过用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)与紫外分光光度法检测盐渍鳀鱼中组胺含量结果的比较,表明2种方法检测的结果吻合,而且ELISA法更适合于检测组胺含量低的样品。
In this paper,ELISA and UV spectrophotometry were used to detect histamine content in pickled Engraulis japonicus.The result showed that the result of the two methods inosculate each other,moreover,ELISA was more sensitive to simples which had less histamine
