FAAS法测定葛根醋中微量元素

Determination of Microelements in Pueraia Vinegar by FAAS

用原子吸收光谱法测定了葛根醋中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、K、Na等8种元素含量,得到了较好的测量结果,各元素回收率在93.0%~104.3%,RSD【4.4%。

The content of eight microelements(Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、K and Na) in pueraia vinegar have been determined by FAAS.The analytical results are given.The results showed that the recovery is 93.0%～104.3 %,and the RSD% less than 4.4%.
