沉香内生真菌分离鉴定的初步研究

Preliminary study on isolation and identification of endophytic fungi of Aquilaria sinensis

从中药沉香木块中分离纯化得到7株内生真菌,通过在白木香树上人工打孔接入内生真菌,经结香实验,初步筛选出了对人工结香效果明显的Aq2、Aq3、Aq5b 3株菌,经鉴定这3株菌分别属于半知菌亚门的束丝菌属(Ozonium LK.ex.Fr)、刺茎点霉属(Chaetophoma Cke)、葡萄孢属(Botrytis Pers.ex F.r)。

Seven strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from Aquilaria sinensis.Then they were used to produce englewood by artificial methods.The result showed that strain Aq2,Aq3,Aq5b had obviously effect on production of Englewood,which belong to the Ozonium LK.ex.Fr,Chaetophoma Cke Botrytis Pers.ex Fr.of the Deuteromycotina respectively.This experiment has provided the foundation to study of the relation between endophytic fungi and Englewood production.
