复合微生物菌剂对棉籽饼秸秆混合发酵脱毒的效果研究

摘要 以EM复合微生物菌剂为菌种,采用微生物固态发酵技术,分别对棉子饼粕添加麦秸秆和玉米秸秆混合发酵脱毒的饲料进行了研究;结果表明,基料配比均以棉籽饼粕50%+麸皮与玉米粉(1∶2)混合物20%+秸秆粉30%为最佳,最适工艺条件均为温度30℃,接种量4%,发酵时间5d。添加麦秸杆的脱毒率为84.51%,添加玉米秸杆的脱毒率为83.37%,游离棉酚残留量分别降为63.08mg/kg和67.70mg/kg,均低于国家饲料安全卫生标准(100mg/kg),同时粗蛋白分别提高9.43%和10.07%,粗纤维含量分别降低18.53%和18.41%。棉籽饼粕秸秆混合发酵脱毒饲料的适口性好,气味酸甜带有醇香,使废弃的秸秆和棉籽饼粕同时得到充分利用。 This experiment took the compound EM agent as a mold mushroom to separately study feed processing of the cottonseed meal adding wheat straw and cornstalk mixed fermentation detoxifcation,using the microorganism solid fermentation technology.The result showed that whatever the ingredient was wheat straw or cornstalk,the parent allocated proportion took cottonseed meal 50%,bran and maize meal(1∶2) mixture 20%,straw powder 30% as the best;The most suitable technological conditions were that the temperature 30℃,the vaccination quantity 4%,fermentation time 5d,the rate of detoxifcation of wheat straw addation 84.51%,the rate of detoxifcation of cornstalk addation 83.37%,the remains of gossipol representatively fall to 63.08mg/kg and 67.70mg/kg,which was lower than the national feed safety and health standard(100mg/kg),simultaneously the crude protein representatively increased 9.43% and 10.07%,the crude fiber separately reduced 18.53% and 18.41%.The fewer the detoxifcation of cottonseed meal and straw mixed fermentation was invested,the lower the cost was,the operation was simple too,the palatability of detoxifcated feed was to be better,the smell had sour and sweet fragrantly and mellowly.At the same time,the waste straw and the cottonseed meal were used completely.This is a new way to reduce the feed and the raising cost for the agricultural and subsidiary products comprehensive utilization.
