摘要
对扳倒井酒健康功能因子及创新工艺进行了分析,阐述了适量饮用纯粮固态酿造的扳倒井酒有益人体健康。
In this paper,through analyzing the functional matters and technics innovation in Bandaojing wine,provided that it was good for people's health if drinking Bandaojing wine by sound fermentation with pure grain.
