摘要
通过改变GB/T5009.9常规检测条件,采取在一定时间内高温.高压以及改变盐酸浓度等方式水解食品中淀粉,然后按还原糖方法进行测定,确定最佳测定条件,使检测结果准确度高,重复性好,误差小,从而减少从事食品检测及研究工作人员的工作量,提高检测效率。
The test changed the conventional testing conditions of GB/T5009.9,hydrolyzed food starch by the way of high temperature and high pressure as well as changing hydrochloric acid concentration in certain time,then tested the starch content by way of reducing sugar.At last the best testing conditions were determined,and a accurate test result with good repeatability and small error were made.The method reduced food testing and research staff's workload and improved the testing efficiency.
