水产品中沙门菌的检测及定量分析

S.Hadar detection from octopus and venerupis variegate and quantity analysis

为掌握丹东口岸进口冷冻水产品中沙门菌的污染情况和污染程度。采用GB/T 4789.4-2003的方法检验和BBL Crystal自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定。结果表明:采用此法从冻章鱼和冻杂色蛤中检出了哈达尔沙门菌,经MPN法计数结果分别为冻章鱼2.3/g和冻杂色蛤<0.3/g。

In order to understand the situation of Salmonella contamination level in the import seafood passed through Dandong port,the import seafood passed through Dandong port were inspected by GB/T 4789.4-2003 method and confirmed by BBL crystal confirmation system method.The result showed that two strains which serotype was S.Hadar were detected from octopus and venerupis variegate,MPN result was: octopus 2.3/g and venerupis variegate <30/100g.The serotype of S.Hadar was very seldom in China and was first detected in Dandong.
